Haven't played in 6-7 years. Just a few questions.

Hey everyone. I haven't played in 6-7 years and just wanted to update myself on a few things I've observed with all the new features added and had some questions:

- What is 'upg'?
- Browsing the Exchange Market to familiarize myself I've seen some weapons with 'Boost in all 1st level Stats'. What does that mean? How do I apply it to a weapon?
- What are 'epics'?

and something totally seperate from my previous questions but related to the servers:

- Why has the economy inflated so high?
