Stuck at Sikara Village. No Warp No NPC. Cannot use /town name and cannot be summoned

I now having the same problem as some ppl have been experiencing here in forum. GM please help me. I currently stuck at sikara village map. I was about to do the 'investigate twisted dimensions' quest and now got stuck in sikara village map with no warp no npc. also cannot be summoned by friends and cannot use /town name. Please help me move back my char to elim town or lime town .

Also one question, after i already moved back to town. if i want to finish this quest and go back to sikara village map, will i get stuck again? thanks in advance
