    Blessing Boosts Jin server

    That Blessing Boosts for Jin , its Just for forge no more .... i cant Even pass my club or my new set to +7
    and cant plus any rings to +6

    we need same rate as Ran for Forge / Plus

    IF You keep it like that so , Jin not ready Yet for merge Lolz , since ppl cant pass new armor to +9 or +11 Lolz
