If it is enough to buy a weapon and u dont need monthly fee to keep it up than it is big improvement and worth giving a shot once more. But if u still need to pay $100 for monthly maintenance...than i should say **** it
But still it depends on you if you're going to spend your single $ or not. You have your freedom, you have your freedom to not to buy as much as many or upg. item on IM, lets just say not all of us can afford those $ easily. But then, lets set aside that issue and lets look forward on the upcoming patch, giving another shot to P/W might be worth it
