Mine suggestion is reduce off hand weapon stat % from 30 to 5% and even so its too high damage drop tho. lets see the rage of defenders now
The game offers several possible solutions to your problem, without Atzigan having to modify the mechanics.
1) Buy/hire a vit DK. If 1 is not enough, hire more.
2) Drain their mana out and stun.
3) Kick/pull them away from the Templar so the Empower is out of range and stun.
4) If you are still not able enough or can't be arsed to do any of that, then try to accept the fact that a vit defender is a tank and focus your damage on someone who is actually supposed to be easy to kill. I understand that the OP classes have been spoon-fed with more and more overpowering stuff since from the beginning, so it may seem natural to you that full vit tanks should go down as fast as a regular monster, but unless your solution promises significant income for PW don't expect them to cater every wish you have.
