I am kinda new to here. I'm not sure if this is right place to post.

I find our my item disappear after 5/6 maintenance. So, I send a ticket(#195824) for the disappear item. I have been waited for one day, but still got no response. So, I would like to know if my case is taking care of ....or I send to a wrong place

I am so worry, coz the missing item is the most valuable item in my whole account(I saved for so long).....pls help!
