GOT ROLLBACK !! Level decrease , item lost , BP lv decrease , Cegel lost !!!

My char got rollback ,I log in at around 05.00PM(Server Time) August 24 leveling at Blue Water until 11.00.AM August 24 2013 from level 118 to -+122 until the party dispersed, and then i got new party at Red Fire. There i leveled up to Lv126 until back to town Madelin around 02.00AM. I was too sleepy so i go sleep, when i wake up my seal was disconnect and when i log in around 05.00AM my char decreased to Lv122 and moved to Blue Water, some item lost like Ruby, Diamond, etc my 100%drop and 100%exp(1day) was useless, my battle pet level decrease from 40 to 39.

I sent a submit ticket 2 days ago but no answer !!

I hope my char fixed immediately... Thanks
