my Jackpot bait disppeared? Help

hi guys,
around 6:00pm server time I decided to go fishing with my crafty Hitgirl by the warp in madelin by the bridge in the Upstream of glasis river map. I opened up the item mall bank to use the jackpot bait and started to go fishing when I got disconnected. now the bait is gone when I reconnected please help... I purchased the jackpot bait when I bought rps today in the amount of $10.00 fyi I spoke to some of my guild members who were at ice castle and it seems it happened the same time when I was fishing. I hope this helps...
