I would like to have 2 characters , a good combo one farmer and one for pvp . any suggestions?

In that case I'd go with a low cost - low maintenance farmer needing zero item mall and as cheap gear as possible.
A wizard does very well at that, next to the accessories (twins?), you need only to have a good armour defense (+hp/mp abs) staff and you're good to go. Assuming you have a decent enough armour.

The farmer could then sustain the PvP char with as little IM cost as possible. Rangers do very well and will continue to do so in the future in regards to PvP - so do agi dhans. Vit dekans aren't too shabby either, especially now since their VIT converts to melee damage. Wizards are good for crowd controls (albeit when full vit).

A different story it may be if you (already) have your hands on specific accessories or (upgr. weapon) now or in the near future, which you may be able to interchange between the chars.

You can try Vit DK it is useful for both PvE and PvP. Wiz as PvE is the best option actually but if you want to try something new/different try the Vit DK.

with +18 rings right? because a low budget dhan doing 110k crits is too high

i think it's possible to do 110k without +18. my pred is on twins with agi tali +7 and no weaps. did 31k crit on upper mobs
