the alternative ways is just raise your bpet guys
if you dont have bpet just socialized with another player, makes a friends when youre too lazy for leveling
or finding something like the major of you doesnt notice, there is existed 12th book of prophecy in SealOnline

well indeed the drop rate are become a bit problem..... but you know what ? i think its time to make a quick money by selling rune stone ....... luckyly i still have some rune stone in my storage mwahahahahahaha.....

I've asked Winter about it. They said that it's like this:

Let us say the refine success rate you got is 50%. You get the 25% of 50% and that's 12.5%. Now, you add 50% and 12.5%. The final success rate will be 62.5% Tadaaaaa!!!

How bout are 100% DE i wasted 3 days now. Still no Update ? I think they are still waiting for Wednesday. Hope they can fix this or giveaway some 100% DE.
