GM please help! Trade bug!

there's bug when i doing trading . sometimes when i canceled it , it caused me or the other party to disconnected . and because of that , im banned by GM miswa . i already explaint it to GM miswa but she suspected im a cheater . but its really bug and often happen when doing trade .

if you want provide the evidence of Keir doing, just trade with another player or with another GM and canceled it.
Sometimes you got DC, but sometimes you didn't dc.

Its just not fair a player being banned not because his fault but the game bug. what he can do if the game bug make him accused as cheater? what evidence gm need? at least tell keir, what the evidence gm need. he just didn't know what his fault, and what evidence he could provide? coz its only game bug.

That's really bugged . Some of the players knew it but they didn't reported it cus it's just a minor and not serious bug . But when I saw keir being banned because of that bug , I just wanna confirm that's really bug trade from game and totally not his fault . Just try it with another players if you want the proof .

He can try providing a video as proof that way he gets away clean. I dont encounter this kind of bug everytime I trade. :/

Even if it was minor without them knowing of this then it still remains as a bug. wouldnt you want that to be removed?

This 'bug' is the result of randomness when cancelling a trade transaction as the connection is being established, causing 1 or both parties to disconnect.

The situation would occur when player A sends a trade request to player B.
Player B does not accept, nor decline the trade transaction.
Player A then accepts no response and continues to play the game.
Player B accepts the trade, but player A is unaware so immediately presses ESC.
Cancelling the transaction before a connection is established.

This scenario is just a hypothesis based on my own experiences, however there is truth behind what these people claim.

I have played seal online for several years now and I can guarantee that this does occur.

To ask for evidence of the bug from the player is ridiculous if the player is unaware of his actions.
Furthermore, to reproduce it would just result in Murphy's law.

What should be done is GM Miswa look into log files and find the abnormality. If there were an
issue, it would be on the server side, not the client's. However, if there is no issue and
it is simply fault in the game which happens by random occurrence, with no evidence to back up
banning this player, I believe that not only should be he unbanned, but compensated for his troubles.

If GM Miswa wishes to keep this player banned, then you should also ban my account, as the same has happened to me
before. He was just unfortunate to be trading someone with the power to ban.
