Missing Rubies, Diamonds,Roses and Money Bag

I have claimed my VIP's rewards (Viceroy&Regent) at the same time on 13th January 2015 approx time 1.15am (Malaysia Time). I got those items which are sent into my item bank but i didn't get those Rubies, Diamonds, Roses and the Money Bag (Viceroy[10 rubies, 5 diamonds, 1 million money bag and 100 roses]Regent{10 rubies, 10 diamonds, 2 million money bag and 150 roses}) Please kindly fix/ re-send the items into my bank. Looking forward to your reply.
