upgraded weapon free delevleling?

Ummm......... Maybe this was answered already, but I have not seen this answer yet.

Once a weapon has been forged, are they talking about a unique weapon or the ancient weapon that they will delevel down to 115?

I assume either one, but I have yet to hear of anyone actually asking gm's to do this...they tend to be very slow so it's a lot better if you just buy some cheap crone of EM and refine it yourself.
