nothing had a safley Zone !!! Refine, Enhance and forge can break at 0 - +1 !!! Read the Rohan : Origin - f.a.q

Of course there are preservation stones. Where did you get the idea there are not?

I enhanced both a crossbow and a scout's bow to +10. If I didn't have res stones, both would have broken even during the event.

played the first Versions of Rohan!

The Item can failed and can break or not !

Step 1 :

Item Failed

Step 2 :

The System calculated the Item can break to 30 % Chance or not ! Higher the + on item the Item can break to higher Chance !

Step 3 :

With Preverse Stone you delete the Break Rate to 100%
With Event the break Rate is lower

Only with Preverse Stones is the Item save ! And nobody have the succes % Chance numberv from Items !

Refine same at -6 to -7 and higher rare Items have lower chance
