    For some unknown reason they took this npc away...odds are they don't even know it's gone. Rarely do they notice mistakes in a timely manner, or if it was on purpose of course they never make an announcement because they seem to be allergic to them.

    They also removed Alchemists of Darkness in every city.So we can't to fuse option stones for now.

    Apparently the Alchemist of Darkness accidentally was added in one of the previous patches. I was notified to remove them as they should not be in the game.
    The NPC Panda should come back as usual in the Crafting Studio.
