with styling ticket u can only change ur hair or add some style like mask or whatever...but u can't change ur eyes/face type..? why not ._.

Nop you can't change any of those unless you make a new character and even then the options rohan has for character style are very limited.

You can suggest. But I am afraid you are giving them too much credit for the level of control the staff here has to affect these things.

While they created the game almost 8 years ago, the programmers and designers in Korea required to change the parts of the game that control these things have been gone for almost 5 years.
