Item Mall stuck and Web shop stuck

Hello again
I can't open item mall, it's stucked for like half an hour now is there any solution?
And web shop, when I tried to purchase fate XG items i chose server and logged out but the webshop wont let me purchase it ~_~

The Item Mall in-game will always freeze but I heard that some players were able to use it without any issues. But I have yet to see that. And regarding the issue with the Web IM, all I know is when you purchase stuff there you can check Alt + i to see if it went through.
