Please assist. I'm stuck on the Trail of Heroes Quest.

Current task:

Duran Signature Quest
- Stuck at the Militia New Member quest.
- After going to Cordelia, Jack nor Janet nor Slay want to talk to me still saying I have a quest pending even-though there is nothing left for me to do.
