Grabbit prize bug

Hi there, i have this problem that might be a bug causing this. So earlier today i played the grabbit and got a rainbow wing XG. I thought that the options were a bit off since everything was increased by 7 and when i decided to refine it to +3 the only thing that was increased was the defend and the rest didn't. Plus the description were all "?????????" and both sell/buy price were 1243 cegel. Can anyone fix this or tell me if there's a bug or something?

Can anyone help me with this situation? i tried submitting a ticket but it always turned out as a failure. i can provide screenshots as well.

Sorry to post 3 times now, i'm getting a little bit upset that no one is actually replying to my past post. So here i'm attaching the screenshot i got before the Maintenance on 15/7/2014. I hope with this everything will be clearer.

come on now GM, it's been quite some time since i posted this thread. Yet there's still no response to it. i need help here please. my rainbow wing xg are sill having issues. I would've thought the maintenance would do the trick but it didn't. So could you be so kind to look at it please?

You should try to bump on your ticket, on the ynk support website thingy.
They still haven't fix the red fire grabbit issue too.
