    Just wanted to know....

    I just wanted to know if there is a reason that a DK can't put the skill Health to Mana in a skill slot on the Hunter Kit?

    Maybe because you can put it into buff slot

    But i would not advice you to do so..because of the low cd of that skill, your HK will be casting it more than attacking mobs.
