Id got blocked no response

Hello gm, i am wondering why my account got blocked ? i don't use any cheat, Rmt or any other kind of cheating. i just buy another Rps and boom, my account got blocked. there is no warning, message.
i really like seal online, now i'm quite disappointing. please open my account again i want to lvling. my heaven egg now will be surely hungry :'(.
anyway, please just don't ban people without any announcement. this make our expectation as a gamers very disappointed. i play seal online since i was at primary school,not in your server though, and never feel disappointed like this, worst than anything. spent so much money, didn't do any kind of cheating, just last night farming, and wake up in the morning for game, and account got blocked.
please open my account now. geez wake up in the morning just for the game and account got blocked what a bad day. anyway i'm from Singapore.

now it has been a day. this is very frustating, no anwser. costume got wasted. exp booster got wasted, drop 50% got wasted and what else ?
even if we got unbanned is there any compensation ?
