Accidentally Threw Away Investigate Samael Quest

Hello Game Master.

Context: I accidentally threw away the quest item Investigate Samael from my inventory, right after I finished the 2nd test of Tipareth (stupid me).

I was following this guide https://sealonline.fandom.com/wiki/I...e_Samael_Quest
The steps were:
1. Return to Sabin.
2. Speak to Tiphareth (Cut scene included).
3. Do the 1st Test Quest and 2nd Test Quest from Tipareth.
4. Return to Future Arus or Lioner to finish the Quest

Right after I finished step 3 which was fighting Tipareth, I was supposed to go back and finish the Investigate Samael quest. But, instead I threw it away.

What I have tried: Redo the quest by going to Magus > Lioner > get Duran's Letter again.
I was able to get the Duran's Letter, however, holding Duran's Letter, Future Arus is not replying to the letter as expected.
I'm unable to proceed with the Duran's Letter as Arus NPC is not giving me the option to get a reply.

Any recommendation or suggestion? I don't mind redoing everything. I just hope my character is not broken and unable to continue the main quest. Thank you!
