When will we have a monthly balance again?

it is said that there will be monthly balancing, i think berserker needs more buff, instead class being nerfed, maybe all class needs to be given more buff so it might help new player to follow this game.

I also would like to mention mage, who might never get any love from the game.
Priest has only damage buff (not included holy magic). i think mage needs to be given more advantages

it supposedly finished when Craftsman and Warrior class get "balance" or actually upgrade at December 2019. Nowadays after max level increase to 300, some 2nd job skills are updated. However, Demolition class got 2x downgrade, 1st need 500 ap and 15+minutes when using create nuclear bomb skill, 2nd it's even harder to create the bombs.
