How do I transfer items?

I didn't know I wouldn't be able to transfer certain items between my own characters (through the item vault/bank) and accidently had my Walters +12 on a alt... is there a way to move it to my main or am I just going to give up on life?

Can't you seal it back using a Unique Preservation Stone (IM)? Works for Walter's below +10 at least
