HELP !!!!! Character stuck, Can't login because ID is connected!!!!

Help me GM! I was using direct warp by typing "/madelin" suddenly my screen goes freeze and I press Alt+F4 button after waiting it for more than 5 minutes. Then I go to login it again, but it said that my ID is connected so I can't login. Character name : Deathsleeper

i think its a server issue.

same issues here i cannot log in because my id is still connected. The problem start when i got disconnected and then when i try to re-log in it said "your id is connected"
