    Question need some help here if possible

    Hey yall gms and moderators included. I haven't played in a very long time and ynk has really changed things around. i'm trying to retrieve my original seal online account password before ynk changed to dontblynk and no i'm getting a invalid email when trying to retrieve my seal online account password information. I've tried going through support to place a ticket but the only two games listed are playrohan and k.o.s I would really appreciate it if someone could give me either a direct email for seal online support or if there is one a phone number for seal online account and billing support. I hope that someone out there in the forums can help me out. thanks in advance.

    i don't know where else to post this. i've tried logging into the seal support with my playrohan id and password it keeps on telling me welcome seal online user asks for my seal online password which i don't remember then asks for a new seal online password ect. and wheni click on retrieve password and login information and enter in the email address i registered my seal online account with i get a this is not a vaild email address popup. so i'm hoping a gm or someone can help me out with my issue. because i'm stuck otherwise. i've tried to register for a new seal online account but the whole website and registration is kinda screwed up. i keep getting all sorts of errors when trying to register a new seal online account. at any rate if someone game master or otherwise could help me resolve or fix my issue I would be greatfull. thanks.

    then just create new account->then log in to support -> file a ticket regarding ur concern-> wait for reply by GMs...

    i just said i can't create a new account. every time i try to sign up for a new account i get a your id may be all letters or letters and numbers. i stated that in my post before you replied to it. I'm telling you like it is and how it is happening to me. here is a screenshot as proof as well.
