It has come to our attention that some users are not able to access certain characters within their accounts, we have investigated this matter and found a solution.

[Solution]
Uninstalling the game. removing any left over files and making a fresh, clean installation of the game solves this issue. Dont forget to delete

[Lag]
We have had reports of lag issues, Team R.O.H.A.N. is currently investigating this matter and it will be reported to dev team.
