    didnt get Lavish Tails.XG Grabbit item.

    other grabbit item i can find in bank,but the Lavish Tails.XG.i grabbit 2 from web but i cant find in bank.

    Were you online when you played grabbit? that happened to me once. GM told me to log out when playing grabbit.
    Send them a ticket and you will get it back
