login taking too long, warp & npc gone

hello sorry to bother.

my problem triggered after my pc got blackout(power failure)
when i want to login, it taking too long and when i'm in. npc and warp is gone, and afterwards pop up massenger

I think the problem is only happening to you since maybe your PC got fried after the power failure. Better check your PC first, man.
