got issues when playing jester class

i got issues when playing as jester, all my attacks are delayed but when i play as another class like warrior or mage my attacks are perfectly fine no delay.
i think its not because not my internet cause the prob are only affecting on jester class.

If your attack speed is high, you might think it's delay. But if you are just another character watching the Jester/Gambler throwing stuff at a target you'll see the projectile.
