Xzhy's Banned Account due to Fire Spirit Issue

Dear GM Team,

I as Xzhy's Friend would like to request proper explanation from GM side regarding the banned account of Xzhy. Now the case is he bought the Fire Spirit 63 AAA from one of the Selling Kiosk at Elim with 150,000,000 Cegel, but after sold to his friend, his account got banned by GM and stated that he has done some illegal activity. He also send ticket to explain to GM team clearly even with storyline, but GM side still demands the evidences from him. May i know, what kind of Evidences that you want? he purchased something from Kiosk, why must he took screenshot for every of his transaction? Aside, if somehow purchase something from Selling Kiosk isn't safe anymore, who dares to buy cheap selling price at kiosk anymore? that's the logical thinking sir, Peoples sell cheap, I saw it, I like it then I purchased it, it's common way to all of the humans.

From GM side, you also got transaction record, you can trace back how's the seller got that Fire Spirit, the one you should ban and investigate is that seller, not Xzhy. after such long explanation, GM keeps asking the same questions by asking the clear whole story, but Xzhy already explained to you so many times with the same story and you even said that you have evidences that against him, right? then show to him to asking for explanation, If cropped pictures can be forged, then even full screenshot can be forged also (Peoples also got Photoshop, Sir).

Herewith, I strongly demand GM team to give proper explanation and whole evidences that you got & whole progress that you know and caused you banned Xzhy's account. Or else I'll think we as Seal Online Players can't found any Justice in the game. Since GM just keep asking without show to player what's his/her wrongdoings, this is unfair to us.

Hope to get understanding from GM side and restore the Xzhy's Account as soonest as possible.
