Lost my item from Grabbit

Hello GM, this is my first post. i wanna asking why some pet from Grabbit not on my item bank, but in item mall bank ? and when i drag it to my bag they're gone. i dont know why.

GM pls help me. i lost some pet, like flower bud baby piya and anything else i dont remember. i just realized it by now.

anyone got some problem like mine here ?

I think most players had that issue. My friends also experienced the same problem with the pet prizes. Just send them a ticket so the GM team can fix it.
