You think all this guy has to do all day is wait for your ticket escalations? I am sure he is still wading thru the pile of tickets that have been escalated to him over the weekend.

You do realize that 2 days ago was Sunday, right. PW support does not work on weekends.

Here are some friendly suggestions:

* Bump your original thread and explain in that thread what your problem is. That communicates the date the problem is originally raised and provides support with some reason to bump your problem higher on their priority list than others that are awaiting their attention.

* Understand that Atzigan is not a many-headed, many armed hive mind being that can handle 50 different issues at once. He is one guy and jsut about every single person that opens a ticket in this game creates a thread demanding Atzigan handle it. It takes time for him to get to your issue. 2 days is a pretty short wait for his attention particularly of all your ar doing in these threads is saying "ATZIGAN PLEASE CHECK MY TICKET #######"

* Don't spam threads. You are doing nothing constructive with that except cluttering the forum with useless spam. Just bump your original thread with additional information to raise your hand for attention. If you spam threads, you create new ones with today's date which only confuses the support guys. Atzigan is going to care more about the older issues before getting into the the newer ones.

Give it a try. As someone that has worked support for several years I know what approaches work and which ones don't.

Hey guys, sorry for the late forum presence, it's maintenance day and making some sales preparations for when maintenance ends. All tickets will be resolved as soon as possible. Most issues will be resolved before maintenance ends, so fear not all your tickets are being reviewed. The current GMs goal is to clear tickets before 72 hours (3 Days) once it is received. If Game Masters follow this, all support inquiries should be resolved in about 24 to 48 hours on a daily basis excluding weekends.
