Item Mall Window(InGame)

there is one problem with my sealBoD,i can't usually use item mall window. when i open item mall in game its stuck, i can't click all the buttons anymore. but the chat bar still working,and people still walk. there is a clock on the middle of my item mall window but there isn't item mall appearing. i can't exit the window too. so i need to click alt+f4 then play the launcher again to getting in. otherwise my sealBoD still work normally as well. just my item mall window. oh ya item bank still working normal. please reply me, what i need to do? thank you~
