My Character is Stuck in Arena (there is no warp/npc)

GameMaster, please help me.

My character is on the Beggar Arena and there is no warp/npc.
My character information:
ID: dhalion12
char name: Luck , Mage Lv.95
Server: Duran

It's seems that the arena zone is unstable, please fix it, since I think there are many other player character experienced the same thing.

I don't know why, but it seems it solved because I sent a report ticket.

added information:
-can't use teleport - "not met the condition"
-can't be summoned
-can't go back to char select/relogin, just stuck after clicking to menu button or exit button.

Next time, if you don't see any npc/warps when moving map, just press "Alt+F4"

Note: This happens when you have slow computers.
