    I Lost my 13 Element At NPC DOOR OF DIMENSION!!

    LOST ITEM :
    green wood element 2 pcs
    brown soil element 2 pcs
    red fire 2pcs
    blue water 1 pcs
    yellow iron 2 pcs
    green woord 2 pcs
    white spirit 2 pcs
    why??if i not relog after vending than i go to guild bank n back to npc door of dimension and i wanna disconnected, and i lost my elemet?!! why?!!!
    please give me back my element GM!
