Cant get passed login screen.

Ive been reinstalling the game, trying everything but it doesnt seem to work. Every time i open the game im at the log in screen and i put in my info the it all freezes. If i click, it shuts the whole game down and i have to restart it. I dont know how to fix it but i really want to play and this is my first time playing again in a while. i really dont know what to do. please help me. It always says "connection has timed out" or something like that when im at the server part, the crashes.

its really annoying and if anyone can help pleasee give me instructions how to fix it.
