Trying to log in with very old account

Hi there, after almost 5 long years (about Feb. 2008) I've decided to try and come back to SealOnline. Problem is though I cannot log on.

Apparently I had a "Dontblynk" account and so I synched it with this new "Rohan" thing. Then after using my new Rohan account to log in SealOnline, all of my old characters are now gone and I am left with an empty account.

How would I go about retrieving my characters? Or could it be that they were deleted after 5 years of inactivity?

I don't know anything about seal, however I'd suggest you send a ticket to http://www.ynkinteractive.com/support.
