GRABBIT prize missing, do I need to submit ticket to GM?

Hi all, my GRABBIT prize are missing, only got the Item Bank (ALT + I) ones, but the rest (Mariel.XG, Angel Bag.XG) are missing, already wait for 30 minutes but still not in my Bank.

What should I do? What should I write if I submit a ticket to GM?
