    Item mall problems o.o

    So i purchased a costume and a few accessories....
    But they do not appear in game for my item mall inventory...

    any ideas or help?

    Are you sure you checked them out? You need to type a password in order to confirm it. Make sure you have selected all those items in Cart area and then type the password.

    If you're 100% sure that you checked those items out , and haven't received them , send a ticket to support@ynkinteractive.com.

    Did you buy it while being logged in ingame? If so, they will not appear if your IM inventory was empty before. You'll have to relog. They only appear in your IM without relogging, if the bag had already at least 1 item in it.

    Actually they appear while you're ingame. Maybe he forgot to continue the process of buying those stuff , you know select and password then cashout.
