So, after a long time, i convinced my gf to start playing rohan, then after a while, she got close to 400$, and we put that in a pre-paid visa card, Then she gave me the card and said "You add the rps, and you get the gear for me, cuz i wouldn't know what im doing" So i said okay, i added the card to my paypal, and went to her rohan account, Ow just btw, like 2-3weeks ago, i asked her to add 10$ and become a member, so we wouldnt have to go through the 48hours wait and stuff when we actually wanted to pay, So then i sent them a message telling them i want a limit increase, since the limit is 150$ per month (That's what i did on my account) then after 1hour of no reply, i just went to rohan, on her account, and added 10k rps (100$). Then i was about to add 50$. then i said, Let me try to see if it'll let me add 100$, maybe they increased my limit just didn't message me yet, So i click on 100$ and clicked on next, It let me do it, it told me to continue to paypal so i could pay, so i was happy at this point saying now i can start playing Tonight, so i went to paypal, paid another 100$. then i wanted to add Another 50$. but it wouldnt let me, said i passed the limit, so i just said ow well, i went to the shoprohan page.. guess what? Only 10k rps. just to be sure, i went to my hotmail account, to see if i got charged twice or not, like i said maybe it's just a bug and error and it just Showed me that i paid when i didn't actually get charged, but no.. i got 2 reciepts paying for 10k rps.. (So that's 200$/20k rps in total).. I sent them a message on the billing account they have using my hotmail account, since i know this is where i have to send with these kinda problems, i waited like.. 6-7hours? No reply. And the thing is, it's not my money, it's the money my gf trusted me with, Then i got tired of waiting.. and went to the support page, as usually the ""live support"" was away, so i just sent them a ticket explaining everything that happened and what i did after, and i asked them if they could ask the billing account if they could try to focus or atleast reply and let me know what's going on because this is really important and that 100$ isn't a small amount of money, and i asked them if they could personally tell them to reply to my message that i sent them. I got a message 5hours later, telling me "For these kind of problem, Please message billing bla bla" ... wtf??? don't they even READ the msgs?? or do they just see its money and just send an auto message? i didn't ask them to fix the problem so they would tell me to go to billing, i asked them to talk to them and ask them to reply to me because this is kind of a serious case, but instead they tell me to message them and tell them my problem?... and now, it's been close to 24hours. And still no reply.
