Refine Boost +40%

For the duration of the event Refine success rate will be increased by an additional 40%
which means that if your success rate is 50% you will have 90% with the event! Take advantage of this Bonus!

*This does not apply to grade refine.
*This is applied to NPC and skill refinement.
*Artisan refine skill is not affected.
*Only applicable for Normal Equipment and Weapons.
*Cash Costume Enhancement is not considered.
*Additional Rates Are Only Referential
