after kill event penguin before PA some of box gone, after that i relog and try to "arrangement" my inventory and always FC when I press that "arrangement" in inventory bag

Regarding the bug you mention:

Please be informed that this could have several causes, proceed with the following troubleshooting to solve the problem:

1) If you have the chance to log from another PC, do it and check if the problem persists. (if you don't have any other pc
just tell to any GM to do the test for you (you need to give the GM your permission to access your account via ticket)

In case not persists:

* It may suggest that the problem is being caused locally rather than server-related, so please follow the next steps:
1) Open the launcher and click on the Check Button (Just to see if there' any missing/corrupt file)
2) If this doesn't work please reinstall the game from 0 and that should fix the problem.

In case persists:

* It may suggest that that is a server-related bug and needs to be checked by a GM asap, so please
send a ticket to give you proper support.

PS: In this case the solution was locally, this means, reinstalling the game solved the issue for the player.
