Grabbit items not in bank or mail

Please help, all my grabbit items are not sent to my bank or mail, others are in my item banks, but those XG items are missing.

And I'd submitted a ticket yesterday till now no one replied, so submitted another one...and now trying to get help here....please help

Did you received your items from Grabbit now? I think you can follow up your issue to the gm's by creating a new one and refer your previous ticket. Also, I want to suggest that if you are purchase an item from the item mall or playing grabbit, you should log out briefly out of the game to receive the item properly.
