Failed to download root 0.133

Yesterday, i have a problem with my seal, and i try to reinstall it, when i try to update to 0.133 patch, i got a problem, it say failed to download root 0.133, please fix it as soon as possible, thank you

Greeting. my problem is same as above... FAILED TO DOWNLOAD ROOT 0.133 using old client

have the GM even try to download client from >> http://sealonline.playrohan.com/download/download.html <<
try re-install and see have problem or not. because lots of my friends try download the client, and no one success...
