failed to load files. try again.. help please

Hi all, ive tried all the above turn down all security.. re-download.. restart comp.. and i still seem to get the same error "failed to download files, please try agin"
i dunno whats up... i used to play it fine i took some time out and now it wont work.
any link to get to another mirror ? i downloaded the GamersHell from this website

Hey buddy, this error can be happening due to your host file. You need to reset your host file. Go to google, search Reset host file, click on whatever link is the official for Microsoft, Depending on what your system is, you will know which one you need to copy and paste into your host file. All the steps on how to do it are on their website with pictures. If this doesnt work please reply back, and Ill throw another suggestion at yah! Hope This Helped
