I bought 3 upg parts on february 20, only 1 part on event, where are my other 2 parts?

As you may know already, you will be receiving a weapon voucher inside your Item Mall Inventory.
If you purchase a Weapon Voucher on Thursday you will receive it on Friday
If you purchase a Weapon Voucher on Friday-Saturday-Sunday you will receive it on Monday
If you purchase a Weapon Voucher on Monday you will receive it Tuesday

You will soon obtain all your pieces. They're currently working on loading all Upgrade equipment. You might notice you obtained one piece but not the other ones.
This is due to loading a type of piece to all users at a time. They first load Part 1 to all users, then Part 2, then part 3, then part 4 to all users.
It's manual loading, takes a bit but it will get there.

I wish there was a way too! But unfortunately there isn't at the moment so we just have to do manual loading.
They should all be loaded now. The only ones pending would be the ones purchased on Monday which will be loaded tomorrow.
If there are still missing Upgrades, make sure to let us know.
