HELP My Seal Error Screen

please anyone help me, 6 hours try to fix this problem.... and not resolved...



after i re-installing new windows XP... then i cant play seal,,, i try download seal at web playrohan, and its same.. still cant play
i done installing hardware and software

Nb : My PC not have antivirus, and firewall : off

i launch the game, and game start...
then have dialog box say
screen
ÿöÇσôôƒ (maybe like that)

how can i fix that problem??
