I purchased 4 part's of an Upg the moment they came on sale. Ive been told it will take 3 day's maximum to receive all parts!. So Wednesday, and today is Sunday and going on Monday. Today is the 4th day and now going on the 5th day of me not getting all my parts. I had to send 3 tickets for a response. And I get a response and they told me to give them the date,time,account ID. I did all that. I still have not heard anything back from them. My friend purchased the same 4 parts 4 hours after I did, she got all her parts on her 3rd day. YET! The GM's Gave her 2 of the same parts. We are planning on buying Many Upg's before they close. But this is ridiculous, I will not purchase anymore if I have to go through this. GM I will ask for the 5th time please please give me last part! Ticket ID: 221951 Please GM! Im just asking for what I paid for!

What time (in PST timezone) did you submit that on Wednesday? Um, you know these guys don't work on weekends, right? It is 3 full business days. Don't expect them to do anything for you before 9:00AM PST today (though it might not be until 5:00PM PST before they do).

I have 13 upgrade parts in the pipe waiting for fulfillment (yeah, that 13th one was a mistake and will get resold on em). I can wais a reasonable time for them since I won't be dropping the $100-$150 it will take to forge them for a while yet.

If they don't show up within 5 days i send in a ticket rather than cry on forums about it. Not a problem.
