ATZIGAN & other GM,why doesnt boost my club? Please answer me

i dont understand why!!!
1st Jin boost event = Fail by GM
2nd Jin boost(700+ voucher farmed) why GM doesnt boost my club? please can i have some information???? i sended ticket but none answer me :S
